General ordering information
We offer secure on line orders using strong encryption technology combined with a
secure server. Your credit card details are always in an encrypted format until
unencrypted on our company computers.
Some company networks and firewalls do not allow the usage of the standard SSL
secure server encryption. If your network does not support SSL encryption, please e-mail us or fax an
order.
Our Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your stamp, mail it back to us within 10 days for a full
refund, just mark "REFUND" on the invoice.
Mistakes and imperfections
All Oz e rubberstamps are type set and mounted by hand, so it's possible that
occasional faults might slip through our quality control. Notify us of the mistake (even
if you supplied the wrong information) and we'll send you out a new rubber for your
stamp - normally within 24hours - and at no cost.
Fonts
Most rubber stamps that we manufacture use either Times Roman or Helvetica. If
you require a different font, just write down the font name in the comments box. We
have over 4000 fonts on file and can match most requests. If we don't have the font
you require, you can e-mail us a copy of it.
Please note: the best font for small text is a san serif font like Helvetica.
Custom designs
We are happy to do any custom designs, just fax us a sketch, post artwork or e-mail
us your design.
File formats
Please e-mail your logo or design in one of the following formats, listed in order of
preference - Corel Draw (ver 9 or below), .ai, .eps, .wmf, .tif, .bmp,
or post us a good quality bromide or letterhead.
Delivery
Normal delivery is 2-4 working days by post or courier within Australia. Other
countries may experience longer delays. If you require a proof, delivery of order may
be delayed up to 2 days. The low Australian dollar makes most overseas purchases
a real bargain.
Urgent jobs are our specialty.
Tax
A tax invoice is issued for all Australian purchases and all prices include GST. To
cover postage costs outside Australia the prices on this site are to be considered by
purchasers outside Australia as the full price. No customers outside Australia are
charged GST
Exchange rate (outside Australia only)
All prices on this site are in Australian dollars. Purchases outside Australia will be
charged at the current exchange rate. Please use our currency converter.
Note: "A.V. Electronics Pty. Ltd." will appear on your credit card statement.
